The mission of the New Parishioner Welcome Committee at St. George is to welcome the stranger as Jesus in our midst: with respect, compassion, and a spirit of helpfulness to assist each person in becoming connected to our parish community. Our activities include welcoming visitors and new members, helping them feel “at home” at St. George, answering their questions, and hosting “Meet and Greet” and “Get to Know Your Parish” gatherings where both new and current parishioners are welcome.
