Volunteers from St. George Parish have been integral to maintaining the Monastery Gift & Book Shoppe, which financially supports Our Lady of Grace Monastery in North Guilford. Opportunities as salespersons include morning or afternoon shifts, Monday through Saturday; and substitute positions as well. If you enjoy meeting people, and are comfortable with a calculator and handling money, this may be for you! The tranquil setting at the Monastery, surrounded by inspiring and educational books and religious items, and an occasional visit from one of the Dominican Nuns contributes to this rewarding volunteer work. Training provided.
